The tee shot offers two options. It can be played over the left bunker shortening the hole, but resulting in an approach over a bunker at a less than desirable angle. Playing the tee shot to the right will result in a longer approach but a much improved angle. A long approach will possibly find the lake, so distance control is paramount. An approach left short and right of the putting surface will allow for a fair chance at recovery. The putting surface has very gentle undulations.
